We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our products we guarantee it. If for some reason you are not satisfied with one of our products please send the following:
- Original dated sales receipt
- Original UPC code(bar code) from the product
- Your name and mailing address

- All correspondence must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase on sales receipt
- All correspondence must arrive via certified mail as we are not responsible for requests lost in the mail.
- Incomplete requests will not be processed
- We will only refund the suggested retail price
